Kayak Car Topping Problem, How I Fixed The Foam Block System For Transporting My Kayak

I had some issues while transporting my Old Town Predator PDL ( http://bit.ly/predatorpdl_radreeling) kayak on top of the car. It took some creativity, but I resolved the problems I was having with the foam blocks system. The bottom of the kayak was bending due to the force of straps pulling the vessel downward in the area where the foam support blocks were located near the stern. I noticed the depression in the bottom the other day when I was unloading the kayak to go fishing. I also had an area where the supports were not high enough to keep the vessel from touching the roof of the car.
